This plan is ideal for the active Space Central member who often needs to make quick trips outrside the building to run errands, visit a nearby client, zip out to grap some lunch or supplies, or simply wants to go out to promote the facility to the general public to drum up new business.

Membership Perks

As a Space Central member at the Social Club level and above (e.g. $99/mo or greater fee), you may add this optional upgrade to receive unlimited use of our scooter fleet while you are in the building attending an event, meeting with a client or other member, or simply remote working in the building.

When compared to the typical street scooter rental we are all now familiar with on our city streets today, our scooters are extremely affordable. Most commercial rental companies charge an average of $0.41 per minute or the equivalent of $24.60 per hour!

This upgrade is specifically available to paying members as a perk to encourage outbound usage that helps promote the facility and the paid sponsors on the scooters. For more details about how the program works, see the Scooters tab.

Once upgraded, Scooter members simply sign out the scooter from the main office and return it before the close of daily business. A signed scooter upgrade membership agreement and a credit card pre-authorization for a damage deposit is required.

Note: Late returns are pre-approved to be billed at the full day rental rate shown under the Scooter tab.

Boardroom Booking

Members and non-members alike are allowed to book the boardroom to host meetings, training events, social gatherings, and corporate functions.

Amenities:

Seats 12-16 comfortably with room for additional perimeter seating of up to 16 more. Maximum capacity of 32 guests.
Plenty of space for camera recording equipment (from two camera angles), product display tables, display signage, food & beverage stations, etc.
In-table power hookups for laptops, projectors, chargers, and other devices.
Free Wi-Fi, white board, privacy blinds, coat closet, and dimmable lighting.

There are no booking privileges associated with this membership as it is merely an add-on to another existing membership.

Social Room Booking

Members and non-members alike are allowed to book the social room to host meetings, training events, social gatherings, and corporate functions.

Amenities:

Seats 24-40 comfortably depending on seating layout. Ideal for classroom, lecture, tradeshow, and boardroom configurations.
Plenty of space for camera recording equipment (from multiple camera angles), product display tables, display signage, food & beverage stations, etc.
Numerous power hookups for laptops, projectors, chargers, and other devices.
Amenities include white board, privacy blinds, extra folding chairs, portable projector on a rolling stand with laptop tray and HDMI cables, wireless broadcast speakers with Bluetooth capability, corded microphone, and an event welcome station outside the room.
Digital door lock with unique member and one-time guest access codes for ease of entry.

There are no social club privileges associated with this membership as it is merely an add-on to another existing membership.
