Members and non-members alike are allowed to book the boardroom to host meetings, training events, social gatherings, and corporate functions.

Social Room / Studio Booking
Members and non-members alike are allowed to book the social room / studio hall to host meetings, training events, social gatherings, and corporate functions.

Seats 12-32 comfortably depending on seating layout. Ideal for classroom, lecture, tradeshow, and boardroom configurations.

Plenty of space for camera recording equipment (from multiple camera angles), product display tables, display signage, food & beverage stations, etc.

Numerous power hookups for laptops, projectors, chargers, and other devices.

Amenities include white board, privacy blinds, extra folding chairs, portable projector on a rolling stand with laptop tray and HDMI cables, wireless broadcast speakers with Bluetooth capability, corded microphone, and an event welcome station outside the room.
